If you need something done right, you sometimes have to start over fresh. That is also the case with websites. After neglecting our own website for a while, we decided it needed a reboot. We moved from Joomla! to WordPress to begin with and we reduced the amount of static pages. Our website now has two main focusses, which are information about ColdTrick and blogging about Elgg.
